To make a reservation, simply send us an email or complete our contact form. We will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your request and finalize the details of your trip.

💳 Reservation Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total trip cost via bank transfer to our Moroccan bank account (all bank and exchange fees are the responsibility of the sender).

The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trek, either:

• 💶 In cash (EUR or MAD) upon arrival at the bivouac.
• 🏦 By bank transfer to a Moroccan bank account.

👥 Guaranteed Departures

• Departures are guaranteed from 2 participants.
• Groups are limited to a maximum of 12 participants.
• Tours can be organized as:
  • 🔒 Private Tours: exclusively for your group.
  • 🤝 Semi-Private Tours: shared with other travelers.

Private transportation is reserved for the participants of each departure and includes stops at scenic viewpoints along the route.

❌ Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us as soon as possible.

• 📅 More than 21 days before departure: Full refund or transfer of the deposit to a future trip.
• 📅 Less than 21 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee.
• 📅 Less than 7 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
• 📅 Less than 72 hours before departure: 100% of the trip cost is due.

🚙 Repatriation During the Trek

A return transfer from the desert to the nearest village can be arranged at any time during the trek.

• 🚙 Transportation: 4×4 vehicle
• 💶 Cost: €100 per person
• 👤 Payable by the participant requesting the service

💰 Rates & Pricing

• 👶 Child rates apply to children under 6 years old on the first day of the stay.
• 🍼 Children under 2 years old stay free of charge (limited to one child per family).
• 👥 All prices are listed per person on each trek page.

🚫 Not Included

The following are not included unless specifically mentioned:

• 🥤 Drinks outside meal packages
• 🎟️ Entrance fees to tourist attractions
• 🎯 Optional activities
• 🛍️ Personal expenses
• 🙏 Tips and gratuities

🏷️ Group Discounts

Special group rates may be available for bookings of more than 4 participants. Please contact us for a personalized quotation.

🌦️ Program Changes

Programs may be modified or adapted according to weather conditions, safety requirements, or logistical constraints. Such changes do not entitle participants to any refund.
