The fixed bivouac is a comfortable camp located in the heart of the Sahara Desert. It offers the perfect balance between adventure and comfort before and after your trek.

🚿 How Are the Showers?

The fixed bivouac is equipped with hot-water showers, allowing you to refresh yourself before and after your desert adventure.
💧 Water is a precious resource in the desert, and we kindly ask guests to use it responsibly.

🚻 How Are the Toilets?

The fixed camp provides:
✅ Western-style toilets
✅ Traditional Turkish toilets
🧻 Toilet paper should be disposed of in the bins provided next to the facilities.

✨ Bivouac Under the Stars

For a truly authentic Sahara experience, nights are spent in a traditional nomadic bivouac.

🍽️ Separate tent for meal preparation
🧶 Traditional carpets
🛏️ Extra mattresses and blankets provided
You may choose to sleep inside the communal tent, but we highly recommend moving a mattress onto the dunes and spending the night under the stars for an unforgettable experience.
🌌 Sleep beneath one of the clearest night skies in the world.
⚠️ Sleeping bags are personal equipment and must be brought by each participant.

🚿 Showers During the Trek

There are no showers in the desert during the trekking days.
To stay fresh, we recommend:
🧻 Baby wipes
💧 Micellar water (no rinse)
🧤 Dry brushing glove
🧴 Dry shampoo
👐 Hydroalcoholic hand gel
Water may also be available in reasonable quantities for hand washing.

🚻 Toilets During the Trek

Nature becomes your bathroom during the trek.
🏜️ The desert offers many private spots among the dunes, away from view.
🌱 To preserve the environment, toilet paper must be burned after use using a lighter.
♻️ Respecting nature and leaving no trace are essential values of desert travel.
