Welcome to Bedouins Travels
Our Story
We are a small family-run desert travel company based in M’Hamid El Ghizlane, at the gateway to the Moroccan Sahara.
The desert is not simply a destination for us. It is our home.
We were born and raised in this region, surrounded by the dunes, palm groves, ancient caravan routes and the traditions of desert life. For more than 10 years, we have been working as local guides and sharing our knowledge of the Sahara with travelers from around the world.
Our goal is simple: to help you discover the desert through the eyes of people who truly know and love this land.
The Sahara We Know
For generations, the Sahara has been a place of movement, exchange and connection. Camel caravans once crossed these landscapes, linking communities and carrying goods, stories and traditions across the desert.
Today, we invite you to experience this same landscape in a different way — slowly, respectfully and away from the usual tourist routes.
Walk through the dunes, follow ancient trails, discover remote landscapes, share tea around the fire, enjoy traditional desert meals and spend the night beneath a sky full of stars.

The Sahara is a fragile environment. We believe that exploring it comes with a responsibility to protect it. We encourage respectful behaviour, responsible waste management and careful use of the desert’s limited resources.
Respect for Our Animals
Our dromedaries are an essential part of desert life and of many of our journeys. We treat them with care and respect, because they are not simply a means of transport — they are our companions in the desert.
